Water, air and CIRCULARITY

Sustainable cooling. Starting with internal processes.

Industrial cooling and refrigeration technologies allow process fluids to be reused: thus, by definition, they are systems that pursue a circular economy model. And this is done by optimizing the use of water, air and energy in the best possible way: in fact, it is all about actively listening to the customer, knowing the source data and internal processes. Where possible, efforts are also made to refit The machinery instead of replacing it.

It is a model that always attracts customers, new talent and stakeholders of different kinds, because it reconciles optimization that is good for the environment and beneficial to end-users’ finances.

Sustainable selection with advanced software programs

Water, air and project data as elements, customized consulting as a mission, sustainability as a result: for the selection of the best technology useful for the individual plant, all Group companies use advanced tools for selection, energy analysis and ROI calculation.
This means offering energy, economic and environmental optimized solutions, promoting savings and sustainability. We are careful to choose recyclable materials at the end of life and provide LCA and carbon footprint analysis of the system supplied upon request.

Regeneration, revamping, systems in readiness

Three distinct practices, the same concept: bringing cooling and refrigeration systems back to life, with significantly reduced impact on the environment and customer costs.
Group companies adopt sustainable solutions to extend the life cycle of products: their own or those of other suppliers. In certain situations, MITA Cooling Technologies can remanufacture cooling towers to deliver “as good as new” performance, with a standardized process that includes testing and certification. TORRAVAL Cooling focuses on revamping field-erected cooling towers, improving their energy efficiency and acoustics through targeted interventions on internal and mechanical components. Frigofluid rounds out its sustainable offering with a range of used chillers, including environmentally friendly and low temperature-specific options, ensuring quick responses to customer needs.
Three different processes, but the starting step is always one: the advice of an expert, who can seriously suggest feasible interventions in the individual system.

Testing and commissioning on all chillers

What about what about Frigofluid process chillers? These are complex machines that mount state-of-the-art refrigeration components. Therefore, a check is needed at the end of construction to ensure performance, functionality, and reliability, which are critical to the client’s key processes.
Each Frigofluid chiller undergoes precise stages of testing: refrigerant circuit pressure tightness test, vacuum and drying test, hydraulic power circuit test, electrical wiring check of both switchboard and motors, stability test under thermal load.
These tests are carried out in an advanced laboratory. Only after full testing is completed is the system declared ready for installation, ensuring maximum efficiency and sustainability.
